Chocolate Fondant

This is a very easy yet delicious treat for chocolate lovers!


Ingredients:
140 grams chocolate
80 grams butter
3 eggs
100 grams sugar
20 grams cocoa powder
25 grams flour
Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 10 grams of instant coffee
Method:
1-Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or in a bain Marie.
2- Mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla bean until the sugar dissolves completely.
3- Add the chocolatemixture to the egg mixture. ( Make sure the chocolate is not too hot. You don’t want to scramble the eggs!

4- Add the cocoa powder, instant coffee, flour and salt and mix thoroughly.
5- Spray the ramequins with cooking spray and flour them, then add the mixture and bake in a 200°c preheated oven for about 20 minutes. They should be done when the top and edges are cooked yet the middle is still liquid.
6- Serve with your favorite topping and enjoy.
